Very expensive, we paid for the 3 years and we were still charged after every visit. The pest control worked great but hated we paid so much after paying the 3 years upfront.
I chose Orkin because of their reputation of being the best. Hindsight 20/20, I should have shopped around before selecting this company. It has literally been one thing after another since I subscribed. The technician assigned to my account usually arrives with somewhat of an attitude and does not perform half of the items mentioned on the website. He arrives, he sprays, then he leaves. This is the first time I’ve had this company and I am very pleased. Though I just had an initial visit with Christopher, who was very professional and respectful besides knowledgeable, I feel he did a thorough job.
