I was very pleased with the service I received today. The technicians discussed my needs, did an inspection, and then applied treatment. Afterwards, James explained everything they had done and ensured I was pleased and had no questions.
Orkin came to my home yesterday for pest control for roaches. Andre the technician did a thorough good job. He listen carefully and went to work.

Beware of this company and their sales tactics. Let me describe my experience, and you be the judge. Called Orkin to inspect critter activity under a shed in the back of a rental property in Newport News, VA. Instead, they came in and inspected the home, which I thought, perhaps we need to protect the home, as a fair thing to do.
