I would not use this particular office. We love Orkin but since the Arlington Office got our account 2 years ago, we have had on-going problems with scheduling.
Jose came today and did the first phase of service. He was really nice, explained everything very thoroughly and was able to do a walk-through of exactly what he was going to do! He sprayed two forms of insecticide and even did a perimeter spray around the whole house. We are still waiting to see results but in terms of customer service from consultation to phase I everyone has been very kind and thorough.
