We had a big hornets nest and I called Orkin and on the same day Sean from Orkin came out and took care of it. It was so quick it was so wonderful and I don’t have to worry about those hornets.
Willie was very thorough! He listened to concerns and treated the sinks and bathrooms which aren’t always serviced. He took his time and was very friendly.
I do not recommend service to anyone. False advertising. Unprofessional. Poor communication. I was scheduled for 2 people to arrive only one showed up. No inspector. Not to mention they charged my account for service they didn’t complete. Never again!!!! Do your research people.
The techs were friendly, efficient and cared about me being concerned about the invasion of critters in my house.
Tyler G. Was professional, very thorough, and knowledgeable. He explained all facets of worked performed. He is welcome in our house and I don’t say that lightly.
