I loved my first service! The technician was amazing! Very thorough! I'm already seeing a difference in one day! When I first called, the lady that took my call was so kind and thoughtful. I love this company so much.

We were happy with the Cookeville personnel, but shady corporate business practices caused us to cancel. When we set up our plan, we were sold a rate of $45 a month. But, the charges started coming in at $61 a month. I called to ask what why the price was higher than promised, and was offered to have my plan "adjusted down" to $47.50 a month. Was really shocked at the dishonesty around the price, and that I had to call in to negotiate for the rate I was promised. Really left a bad taste in my mouth for the whole company.
The two young men, Ben and Leslie, who came to my house to inspect, were as polite and professional as a person could ask for. If that was what you pay for they've got the market cornered. I realize the service they provide is crucial and preventative, but all the charm in the world can't help a Senior couple on SSI afford what is simply out of their reach. They tried. Boy, they tried.
