You don’t even deserve one star!!! You’re a bunch of sham artists and don’t return phone calls. You can’t even get in touch with your home office which is New Hyde Park. I do NOT recommend anyone to use them. They show up when your on vacation send you a text 1 day before they’re coming. Claim they sprayed outside, I called 4 times to have the tech return to do inside. We were even given an appointment- no one showed up! I called 3 other times to no avail.
If I could leave no star I would. The tech would show up with no announcement. They never actually fixed the problem, just got rid of the bugs for a short time, then they would come back, despite us being told that we’re doing everything right on our end. I’ve been waiting for a call from the “manager” since JULY OF 2024. I don’t even believe they have a branch manager. The service team is great, from the call center to the service technicians, they are bringing the customer services to the highest satisfaction level. Christopher is always doing a wonderful job for our home in Whitestone, Queens.
They took care of our problem and kept right on top of it and we are very happy and our Orkin man is the best !!
