Very professional and very fast. My first time using Orkin and I’m very pleased. The tech that came to the house was so nice and helped me wrangle my cats out of the way.

I had an appointment scheduled 10-12pm and I waited the entire time slot, but the technician never showed up, and no one even bothered to call. I reached out customer service twice to ask a call, but I got no call back. Extremely unprofessional and frustrating. Now I understand why this company has so many 1-star reviews. I would not recommend wasting your time with them.
