The technician was professional and knowledgeable. He explained the process and answered my concerns about the safety of pets and plants.
SERVICE WAS GREAT FOR MOST OF THE YEAR. THE LAST TIME WE NEEDED HELP WITH A CONTINUOUS ANT PROBLEM IT WAS VERY DIFFICULT TO GET SERVICE. THERE WAS ONE EXCUSE AFTER THE OTHER. ALSO TRYING TO GET INTOUCH WITH MANY THE MANAGER HE NEVER REPLIES TO OUR CALLS. SO NOW I AM NOT A SATISFIED CUSTOMER.
