Elaine Alvarez is a complete con artist. This company promised they could handle a bird Mite infestation and said he would come out with a hazmat suit with a supervisor three separate times during the one month contract he never came out set glue boards for blood sucking mites
These guys are professional SCAMMERS! If you’re thinking of doing termite control with Orkin SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND HASSLE!! These guys are professional scammers. Go to another local provider first. They will purposely treat the wrong termites knowing that in a couple weeks time you’re going to have to call in for a different type of termite that they intentionally misdiagnose in order to charge you double.
