the lady on the phone was amazing and had someone come out not long after i called and it’s been one vist and helped a lot so far! the man who came out wasn’t so nice the lady on the phone said they’d get the cobwebs and go under the house but the man who came out told us we had too. they charged my card once but at 4am tried to charge me again when they weren’t supposed too
Paid for my initial services for the technician and the inspector to come out both came out. Had to call multiple times to get reports from both technicians never received the inspector report. Call and talk to a manager who assured me that he will get everything handled never heard back from him. People came to my house, scared my wife and kids, and left me with no results very disappointed and their services.
