I appreciate that Orkin was able to schedule a tech to come inspect and treat on the same day I reached out. Tyler was timely and professional. He listened to my concerns, answered my questions, and applied the initial interior and exterior treatments for our carpenter ant problem. I reserve judgement regarding the effectiveness of the treatments and subsequent applications since they have yet to be scheduled; today is literally day 1 and I have a limited frame of reference.
