What a joke! You didn't send an inspector out first, you made assumptions based on what YOU wanted to do. You were told exactly what was needed and still sent the wrong person out for the a job that I absolutely refuse to have done. I don't know how an acre yard turns into spray 3 feet around the house!!
Orkin made over $2.5 billion in revenue in 2022 but runs out on their bills. The Virginia office owes our local small business $1350 for work done last year. They won't pay and dodge the calls from the collection service we hired.
Would rate a 0 if possible. They said a house I rented had bedbug infestation and quoted $2500 to treat. I called to get a second opinion. There were no signs of present or past bed bugs.
