We will never call them again. They’ll make you set a CC for monthly billed “only if you need them”, not true. They charged us again although they promised on the first visit that they would not. They charged us AGAIN. My husband called and spoke to a manager, who promised to credit and that would not happen again. Well, no credit and they did it again. Would not recommend!
I scheduled an appointment (a two hour window) for an inspection and estimate and an hour and a half into the confirmed appointment somebody from orkin called to schedule an appointment that afternoon...After i sat around all morning waiting. The tech did call to say she could be at my home 5 minutes before the end of our appointment time. Very unprofessional for such a large company to have screw-ups in scheduling and it shouldn't be on the technicians to smooth out scheduling issues.
