Could not even get a tech to come to the house. They constantly changed appointment times and then never came. By the time they wanted to send the same tech who had never come and had never returned even their calls to him let alone mune, my husband did not want the man to come. We gave up. Don't bother. They have no local techs and they cannot keep their appointments.

I'm surprised to see negative reviews for Orkin. The guy that does our quarterly pest control stuff is great. He is always responsive. A real nice and friendly guy. He always asks questions to see if we've seen any bugs/critters so he knows how to properly treat my place. He replaces the glue traps in my garage without me even asking. At times when he says there is a high number of (whatever pest) during a particular season and if I've not seen it, he will still do a preventative treatment for it. I love Orkin.

Customer service is awful. They don't notify you if they are backlogged and it is extremely hard to get a agent to speak to you. It's pest control so you are probably coming to them because you need to. If you have the option contact a different pest control agency.

Had great service. They worked really hard to meet my demands in the small time frame I provided for them.
