I would not recommend this group to my worst enemy. They dropped my coverage for no reason and will not answer the phone for me to get any answers.
SO Orion180 has covered me twice. I canceled the first time and they willingly took me back after I discovered they had the most coverage, including wind & hail for the least cost than anywhere else, believe me I checked! So I thought my mortgage company was paying the premium as escrow, but the refund for the canceled policy came to me instead of the mortgage company, so I almost lost this policy too, for non payment.
