I feel like I am getting more than a beginner workout but still a beginner!! Fun and hard work too!
Very good workouts, can go at own pace and modify. I haven’t exercised for several years and have a bad back, but it’s an encouraging and safe atmosphere.
I love the option of the early morning classes, perfect for those who work early. I take the morning classes with Brenda and she’s super fun and energetic! Always offers high and low intensity variations for our choice and needs. When we are done, I always feel ready to tackle the day ♥️
Absolutely love this place. I just started a couple weeks ago and Im already addicted. Instructors are amazing and the workouts are fun and challenging.
