In summary, they bought our complex raised rents by extreme amounts, removed all inclusions from rent, and that's just the tip of the iceburg. This company purchased the apartment complex that I have been living in for a few years now in 2021. Our rent used to increase by $20/month each year when the lease was renewed. Worst management I've experienced. Complete lack of customer service or property upkeep. STAY AWAY!
My experience living in one of there properties was not good. The company never fixed anything and would never return your phone calls. The property I lived at was awful. It had lots of bugs and ceilings caved in. The property was never maintained and looked shabby. There prices are high for what you get. I would not recommend living in one of their properties for lack of maintenance and customer service.
Mr. Daniel J Gumbiner, I will be a former tenant of one of your properties that is under Orion Residential. This property is called "Fairways at Wilson Creek" located in McKinney TX. As you can see by the reviews from current and former residents the place is in dire need of new management.
