I rarely leave negative reviews and try to give people grace but every interaction I have had with Sarah for the last year and a half has left me feeling horrible as she is so RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. I have talked to Kim a few times and she is nicer.

I requested consistent, proactive communication regarding issues with my property and was assured that would be provided. Unfortunately, it has consistently been the opposite--I am always the one reaching out for updates or clarification. Months before moving, I reached out to end my lease early and even offered to pay both the first month’s rent and the security deposit to make it simple. They declined, said I’d need to find a subtenant, and that I’d remain liable if the new tenant didn’t pay. Fine. I did the work, found a tenant, and thought that was that. Then they changed the terms, saying I had to pay either the first month’s rent or the deposit to avoid liability.
