We signed a lease with this company and gave them a deposit for our daughter‘s senior year at IU Bloomington. Kim was very unhelpful, rude and dismissive. One month prior to moving we were told they no longer had the contract, they wouldn’t give us any additional information. I asked for a supervisor and was told her name is Lisa but she could not be contacted. Absolutely terrible interaction.
By far one of the worst experiences I’ve had. Stay away. You will constantly be fixing everything around the house as soon it is yours and responses will be delayed for months if even a response from Orion. Can not understand the incompetency of the entire team, only when their payment is on the line will the start responding to messages. Please stay away DO NOT USE ORION

Highly recommend avoiding, unprofessional and misleading. Please make sure to read all the other comments and reviews before making a final choice with this complex.
The place is good I'd prefer a house or a 3 bedroom but only because I have several things I've saved over the years & don't wanna put in storage anything could happen to them , if they aren't with me, but I will be satisfied in this apartment for now I think.
