The place is good I'd prefer a house or a 3 bedroom but only because I have several things I've saved over the years & don't wanna put in storage anything could happen to them , if they aren't with me, but I will be satisfied in this apartment for now I think.
I’ve only had to call management a few times & every time the experience was positive. Maintenance requests were handled promptly & professionally. The issues were for worn out dyer (they totally cleaned out the vent system), replaced the refrigerator & even caulked the bathtub. So far I have no issue w/this management co. I really appreciate their responses to my concerns.
MOST Unprofessional management I’ve ever met. If you are looking for a management company to handle your property as rental unit, NEVER consider this one. They are not responsive and not polite. Our tenant didn’t pay the rent from August and our tenant already told them that he can’t afford the rent the first week of August but Orion didn’t tell us until the end of September.
