Everything is great. The apartments are located in an excellent school district and the neighborhood is very residential and quiet. The administration is very committed to ensuring that everything runs smoothly. The maintenance team always does an excellent job. They are very quick and diligent in responding to the various needs we have had. BRAVO!
Moved in and the first thing I was met with was a broken toilet and both of the overhead fans didn’t work (considering it was July in Texas this wasn’t ideal). Issue was resolved quickly as they had told me to let them know with any issues.
