I lived here for 3 years, previous home owner in my first adult apartment. Moving in was great, warm. Welcoming. Available. Maintenance team is prompt, communicate well with tenants. Over my time here, the office staff and managers changed regularly. When you would contact the office about concerns with community, they were met with head nods/shakes. Not much action. I lived in this apartment ment from Aug 2021 to Feb 2023.In my 20 yrs living in this country,this was one of the worst apartment I haved lived in.They had promised us to clean the apartment, when we came to see the apartment 6 mo,before we moved from out of state.When we arrived the condition was so pathetic, that they had to send housekeeper to clean before my things came.I would never recommend this place,we had no choice since we moved during the time where there no apartments and houses available to rent.Kater we moved t... read more
My leasing experience was stellar thanks to Josie! From the first day I came in to meet her she was extremely knowledgeable, personable and super easy to talk to and work with! I have been living at Orion Prosper for 6 months now and I am beyond pleased. Any maintenance issues I had when I first moved in and since have been taken care of quickly and satisfactorily. The property is park-like with 3 ponds and great walking trails around them. The ducks and turtles are a joy to watch...especially this spring when the ducks had their babies.
