Friendly staff. Listens to concerns and responds promptly
Overall I like the community. Like that it's next to the park and trails. There are two downsides. 1. The main gate is always broke and 2. To many speeders in the community. I can't to begin to count how many times I've almost been hit while walking or driving. Last week a driver almost hit two kids as they didn't stop at the stop sign and turned the corner to fast.
Ongoing Pest Issues & Lizard Infestation!!! Part 1!!! I’ve lived at this apartment complex for less than a year and when I moved in, in November 21, 2024 only two weeks after that move in date I noticed there was a Fly Infestation inside all of the windows in my apartment.
