Beware of fake paid reviews. I’m relieved that we are in the final month of our lease. The management never answers calls, rarely responds to simple questions, and continuously postpones addressing concerns. They display terrible, immature, and rude behavior, all while trying to extract as much money as possible from tenants without any valid explanation. The management needs to be replaced as soon as possible.
I've been living here since October 2024, when I just moved the apartment was dirty things damaged between that the ice dispenser of the refrigerator the dryer burnt bulbs I will dress them full of dust super dirty windows, even so I decided to take it easy, it took 3 weeks to fix the dryer, after that a few months passed the air conditioning was damaged and it turns out that if the temperature that they consider outside is not fix the air and you have to wait and they tell you to open the windows of the apartment, which I d... read more

We've been living at Orion McCord Park Apartments for a while now, and recently decided to upgrade from a 2 bed/1 bath to a larger unit. The entire process could have been stressful given our tight timeline, but thanks to the incredible team at the leasing office, it was smooth and even enjoyable, just like when we first moved here.
