What maintenance issue are you addressing in the first place??????
My experience with the maintenance people is truly extraordinary, especially Mr. Wuilian and Daniel. They are kind and attentive, they resolve every situation that I notice in the apartment.
Sent in a Garage Overhead Door to repaired. It took a couple of weeks for the parts to arrive but once they were delivered Maintenance removed the old and replaced with the new. No one was home and they completed it perfectly. Will be painted later, but it is operating perfectly now. A relief not worrying if the cars are going to be stuck in the garage. Thank you.
