My maintainence request was responded to very promptly. Tony is always very friendly and listens to any explanation of the problem. He checked out the problem, asked me some questions and determined the solution quickly. I thought it would be a time counsuming big problem but turned out to be a problem with a simple solutionth. Tony made a simple change and I have seen some improvement with the problem. Thanks so much Tony!
The plumbers were forced to remove a piece of my wall and tiles from around my tub to replace a leaky pipe. The contractor used great ingenuity to repair it in a way that is not completely ugly, considering the original/replacement tiles are no longer available. He was very helpful and if you didn’t know, you probably wouldn’t know that it had looked differently before.
Edit: We have officially lived here for a year and we renewed again. We really like living here and hope to stay for a few more years! We moved in December 29th and so far everything has been great. There were some things that needed to be fixed and maintenance fixed them right away! The community is somewhat quiet and overall nice and clean. The only annoying thing is how long the lawn guys stay. They will be blowing the leaf blower for HOURS, sometimes in the same spot. However, my husband and I love living here so far.
Tony D. came out and did a really great job on all my repairs. He is truly an asset to this community.
