I had a situation where I needed a unique piece of information urgently. Not only was Ayman responsive, but he knew immediately to what I was referring and returned my email with the information I required before the end of the day. Ayman was responsive, understanding, sympathetic and was very much educated on the board of directors he was representing. I would recommend Ayman with Orion to anyone as a condo manager. He was just great.

They do not respond to emails from the owners or tenants. Horrific service Terrible employees. Totally fail to perform their basic duties and responsibilities. You would be an absolute fool to use them as your property managers! Any other property management company would be better, guaranteed. Do NOT TRUST any of the 5-star reviews here. They must be from paid bots. Shame on the people who were involved in that!
