I notified our property manager of a large colony of ants which had built a nest under the flagstones in front of my door. The issue was promptly dealt with, and has been resolved satisfactorily.
I had really good experience with Michael Rotondo who is my property Manager, he is always promo to reply message, very professional and most importantly, takes residents' interest at first.
Imagine calling your property manager over a parking issue, and they hang up on you instead mid sentence. Horrible service, Ayman.
