I had made an appointment with another company. They initially pushed me off from 10/20/25 to 11/6/25 for my sprinkler winterization. Then, after calling to verify their arrival, they stated they were running behind, could they do it tomorrow (11/7/25 between 2 & 3, ok no problem). THEN, they totally ghosted me. I called Orion and spoke with Alexis on Friday, 11/7/25 at about 3:15 pm when I was certain the original company wasn't responding. We have used other companies in the past for start-up, repairs and winterization. I’m so glad I found Orion!!! They are age BEST! They are responsive, professional, quick, and reasonably priced! I highly recommend!!
Communication, execution, and professionalism is the reason for a 10 rating . Orion team confirmed appointment via email and text. Notified me prior to arriving. Arrived 5 minutes early (bonus). Service techs were very friendly, explained their process, and made sure every zone was completely blown out. Afterwards received an email asking for feedback on quality of service.
