These guys are fantastic. Len is super knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and very considerate. I purchased a house that had a “broken” sprinkler system per the old owner. Len came out and inspected the system, made multiple recommendations to make the system work and save me money. He was very professional and really explained things well. Orion was recommended by a neighbor. I contacted them to open our sprinklers and add a new controller. Trevor and team were super! He explained the new controller, how to use it and answered all of my questions. They were very clear about three repairs I will need and a quote will be forth coming. I am very satisfied and would recommend them to anyone who needs a service.
I lived at my house for 30 years and I have had a lot of different companies service my sprinkler system. This company was the best I ever had they solved my problems in no time, and they were very reasonable in the prices they charged me. I would recommend to all my friends and family and my neighbors.
I have Orion flush out my sprinkler system each fall. Recently had them replace my BackPressure valve. They were reasonably priced and did an excellent job. Very satisfied with their work.
Due to my neighbor's lack of attention/consideration, water got onto my side of the house and wetting my retaining wall. I called Orion to come back the second time to re-adjust my neighbor's sprinklers to resolve this issue. As always, a big Thank You for your great work and customer service! I'm happy to continue to use Orion in the future.
