Highly recommend! We recently experienced flooding that compromised our AC system, leaving us in a tough spot. That's when we reached out to Orion Heating and Air. Diane, Jim and Christopher were not only responsive but also incredibly accommodating, managing to schedule us in at very short notice. Jim was incredibly professional and accommodating, coming out on a Saturday to look at my AC unit. He was very thorough and explained the issues he diagnosed well. He's honest and didn't try to sell me on unnecessary repairs like a lot of AC companies. Excellent customer service and a very friendly guy. Would definitely use again. Thanks, Jim!
