These are some newer apartments. The neighborhood is mostly occupied by hard-working Hispanic people just trying to make a living in a non-forgiving world. The only drawback in this neighborhood is the parking. I lived up the street at 8743 Orion from 2018 to 2023. Never had anyone drive up to me trying to sell me drugs never saw anybody selling drugs, they were selling food and soap in everything they could on the side streets and corners of this neighborhood they even had big trucks parked in the neighborhood on each stree... read more
This building was rebuilt from the 94 Northridge earthquake. It may be nice, but the surrounding neighborhood is the pits! Bang bang, shoot them up, gang members drugs and violence. Ignorant people think the neighborhood is waving at you. In reality… They are trying to wave you down to sell you their drugs. Your strongest advocates in this area is the Devonshire Police Department.
