EDIT: I have had ongoing issues with a situation that arose from Orion Eye Center (in-network) sending my lab to an out-of-network lab (located in Texas??) without my knowledge, leaving me with a bill of a thousand dollars for a simple panel. The coding of the test is also suspect and has left my insurance company flummoxed as to why it was coded the way it was. I could not ask for better treatment from Orion Eye Center, or from Dr Constantine in treating Wet AMD. The injection have been painless. So thankful for his expertise, kindness and that he works in Redmond also
I have nothing but praise for Orion Eye Center. From beginning to end, my exam was VERY thorough, staff from receptions, techs, nurses and Dr. Grove were very friendly and efficient. Day of cataract surgery went off without a hitch, again everybody being very caring and efficient. My eyes healed well and only need glasses for reading, which I was told right from the start! Thank You Dr. Grove and staff, I am so pleased to have found you!
What an amazing team and center for eye care!! After a couple of unsuccessful pairings of ophthalmologists here in Bend, I was thankfully recommended to Orion Eye Center in Redmond for my fathers cataract surgeries. Night and Day experiences- Dr. Grove did an amazing job and made my father feel safe in her hands every step of the way.
