Bill not explained nor properly dated. Date indicated does not correspond to time I had service. Seems to be a bill out of nowhere. Already paid for service not covered by insurance. No contact information to challenge notice.
Like the other reviewers, I had no idea Orion existed, was 'hidden' in Milford Regional, and would charge much higher rates than insurance. I probably should have read the fine print at sign in. At least now I'm aware not to return.
I don't even write reviews but this company seems like a shady back alley operation. Turns out, it's actually a real business, but it's still super sketchy. I paid my hospital bill in full, but these guys sent me a random bill for $26.92. No biggie, right? Wrong. Their website is a clickbait nightmare that isn't a real website, their phone system is a labyrinth of confusion with long wait times, and their billing agents are about as helpful as a brick. Took my son to the ER at Milford and was charged the copay then get a strange bill from this place having no clue who they are. Wouldn’t have brought him to this ER if I knew it wasn’t Milford ER. Deceptive billing stay away
