Photos are blurry because they’re screenshots from my video. Overall, great complex to live at. Great space for the price, lots of natural light. Neighbors are quiet besides the occasional loud car starting up. Nice gym and pool. Not too far outside 1604. I would choose to live here again. Cons- lots of dog poop despite the complex sending out emails. I don’t have animals so it’s a little frustrating having to be on the lookout if we’re walking in the grass. Jacob has helped me with a variety of maintenance issues for the last two years. Sometimes during maintenance requests parts need to be ordered. He provides updates on orders and shares any unusual issues. He is not only a professional but brings joy with service requests. So grateful for his presence in our community!
It’s just as clean and quiet as it was when i lived here back in 2020 Maintenance is fast and friendly , office staff are very helpful, was a shorter stay this time around since i’m moving out of town but i would reccomend for sure
I love the apartment, dislike the fact there is constant dog poop EVERYWHERE even though they have poop bag stations everywhere that are always stocked with poop bags. I think some people that live here are careless when it comes to picking up after their pets and it rlly shows when you walk around and all you see and smell is dog poop!
