Marquis at Crown Ridge is a wonderful community! The maintenance staff is incredibly friendly and always waving as they ride around on their golf carts. A smile goes a long way now a days and it truly brightens the day. The warm, family-like atmosphere creates a true sense of belonging.
Jacob did a wonderful job with installing my new blinds and ceiling fan. He was patient, kind, and courteous while also being extremely efficient. Thanks so much for your help!
Management is always helpful and maintenance is always very punctual and kind. Andy and his maintenance partner were great!
We love living here! The maintenance team is always so quick to respond to requests (they’re seriously awesome) and management has treated us well at every interaction we’ve had together. It definitely has been the most positive experience my husband and I have had while renting somewhere. One of the best apartment complex I have ever lived in, my husband and I have been here for two and a half years, the office has always been in top of any work orders that we have put in. They will either come in same day or next day. When we had extreme weather, they started to fix up any issues the following day that the weather was calmer.
