The apartments themselves are fine. 5-6/10. You will not get peace in the complex. The dump smells in the summer, quarry blasts shake the property, beaver ruin rd is VERY dangerous, + street racers are loud and cut through the property. The prices are so high because of the good schools, but all this stuff is bad for kids. The pipes in the whole property are weak, so during the winter they get one or 2 burst pipes and you just have to drip your faucets and pray. I had a fantastic experience living at this apartment. The unit was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the modern amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent—close to shops, restaurants, and public transportation, which made everyday life very convenient.
