I signed my lease in June 2025 for an August move-in. At the time, there was a promotion advertised: sign before 8/18 and receive one month free. However, I did not qualify because I began my application process in June rather than July/August, even though I signed before the stated deadline. Also, to note, I initially paused my application waiting for clarification about my unit. When I resumed, the base rent had increased by $80 and the original rate was not honored.
