Lauren, the building was beneficial in transitioning from an unfortunate experience with our previous apartment building into the Orion. The timeline in which our unit would be ready was prompt and left immaculate. The Orion has upscale amenities for tenants in and out of the rental units. The area is excellent for dog owners, and it has a clean park across the street. It's an earshot away from anything you'd need.
I moved into Orion in May 2025 and my experience here has been amazing. The management under Lauren is outstanding - she and her team are always so welcoming, patient, and quick to respond to any issue. Service requests are handled promptly, the building is always clean, and it feels safe and well cared for. I also love the sense of community here - Lauren and Dorian organizes fun resident events that make it easy to meet neighbors, and the amenities are top-notch. I have been a resident at Orion for over two years, and the recent change in management has brought significant and meaningful improvements. Dorian and Lauren demonstrate professionalism through their timely responses and consistent communication regarding resident concerns. In addition, their efforts to organize community events have fostered stronger connections among residents and contributed to a safer, more welcoming living environment. When Thrive switched to Graystar, it wasn’t the smoothest transition—and that’s putting it lightly. The first team that came in seemed to scramble things up, and it often felt like no one really knew what they were doing.
