This place is AWFUL and all because of the board and management company! Maria the LCAM is rude and disrespectful and the management company is doing an AWFUL job running this place. I came into town at 1:30am and parked in a guest parking space, at 2:10am I received a boot on my car. No warning no nothing! They claim to have made the homeowners aware by sending mail, email and door hangers and this is BS because I'm the only person in my family who lives in Florida to check this property and when I got here there was NO DOO... read more
My grandparents lived there when I was little I remember the bagel brunches and playing games by the pool. It was fantastic!!! We played shuffle board and we went bowing

Been here in phase II now for six years, and evey year the maintenance has gone up. The property Management company is the worst I have encountered (Campbell). In my 20 years of experience in property management I have seen things here that I can't believe the owners here keep looking the other way. Nothing here really makes any sense including the so called HOA. My advice to all is stay away from this place, do your diligence and check everything about this place if you have no other choice......... 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
