Quiet place, nice people, very good administration.
I’ve lived here since 1997. The board has changed many times right now. We have a good board and I’m very satisfied and the maintenance is not going up for another few years. It’s at 5:50 now in 2026. There are lots of amenities to swimming pool pools when is heated, Gym, BBQ and area, car wash, billiards, ping pong, tennis, Showers and dressing areas outside by the pool, but they’re indoors
I am very upset reading what Tatiana wrote how bad Oriole Gardens is When right now In 2026 the board is completely different. The board listens to the community now it’s much more updated. We have so many amenities. We have two swimming pools. We have one heated pool we have barbecue, Jerold out room, We have a beautiful bathroom with like eight showers and bathrooms. One of the best St Patrick's day dance I'veattended! 💃 The food was amazing, the DJ kept the music flowing with great variety, and the dance floor stayed full. Such a fun time!
