Repairs for money paid? Charged $526.00 to find & repair cylinder miss in my van. 6 spark plugs (I supplied) were installed at $88.00 each after 2 days and problem still existed. Would need more time & money (blank check) to find & fix the problem. Honest business's do this? Took home in that condition after paying and repaired it myself.

I called and made an appointment for my truck to be picked up for a repair. The lady on the phone was very nice and got everything set up for me. However nobody showed up for pick up. I called and asked if they were still coming out to pick up my truck and got no call back. Left in the dark.

Oriole has the best customer service around! I've had my vehicle there a few times and have NEVER had a bad experience. I work down the road from them and they even picked up and dropped my vehicle off to me. They're very honest and you never feel like you're being taken advantage of, especially being a single woman dealing with vehicle issues.They always make it a hassle-free experience. Took my vehicle in for what I thought would be a $2500-3000 repair. Ended up being diagnosed as a failed sensor. They replaced and was out the door for under $200. They knew what I was expecting, and they could have played it that way. But they did me right, I will definitely use them again in the future. The office staff is friendly and great to work with as well.
I have got to say I have been to many auto repair/service shops but at the top of the list is Oriole..had issues w my engine light coming on and Curtis “The Mechanic “ and Lauren at the front who has the most knowledge about cars and a great personality saved my Jeep and sent me in the right direction..printed out a bulletin showing work might be covered under powertrain warranty and today I found out it is !!! they went above and beyond !! Thank you Curtis and Lauren !! see you later than sooner I hope !!😎
