I was very disappointed Instead of having my nails cut, she filed them with a nail file. She did this on the sides and cuticles. It was painful and I commented but unsure if she understood English since she continued even though I was reacting to the pain. The guy suggested I get shellac. I said I was fine and he didn’t stop. What an amazing experience and service. I will be back even though I always do my own nails. Highly recommend. Full spa manis and pedis but regular prices. Impeccable quality service. Thank you see you whenever I need a pampering 🥰
