Lindsay and Anthony were extremely accommodating! They were both very attentive and went above and beyond to ensure that we were able to get the vehicle that we wanted! Plus, all of the staff at the dealership were very polite. Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish. Would recommend Orillia Mazda to anyone!
Had a deal in place with Tiana who was fantastic to deal with, whole process was great, shook hands on intended price. Credit card charged and agreement signed . Excited for a purchase of a new vehicle. Until Sales manager Michael comes over and tells us he priced the vehicle as a completely different model. So we just wasted about an hour and a half of our time thinking we had a deal in place for the vehicle we wanted. 👎👎
