I cannot recommend Orillia Mazda more! The team at Orillia Mazda helped us with the purchase on a pre owned CX 50, and the entire process was smooth and easy. Jeramy Richter was involved and made sure everything went well. Lindsey in the finance office made things clear and transparent. She also found us a fantastic interest rate and warranty as well. The staff where great they fixed my car when another dealership said it was something else and i put a new part in that was not even the problem thank you for fixing it.
While my car was in for a recall repair assessment, I initially found the level of mechanical professionalism from the technician who assessed my car, and the customer service from the service advisor lacking. I find it hard to believe that the mechanic missed the audible, obvious brake rub. It appears that this dealership doesn't expect their customers to know anything about their car, let alone have you try and reason with them about your concern. I brought my 2015 Mazda 6 to Orillia Mazda for Safety Recall 1217F - corrosion within the parking brake mechanism causing the rear brake calipers to seize, and reducing parking brake engagement efficacy. While they did correctly diagnose the issue and replaced both rear brake calipers as needed, The overall experience was disappointing and created a genuine safety hazard. Service dept needs some management attention. Service dept never picks up, leave message, never listens or calls back. Been happening for months. They know of problems with phones, but never fix it.
