I had a wonderful experience with Orillia Mazda!! I just got my new car yesterday, it was a great experience and the second car I bought at Orillia Mazda. Throughout the ownership of my Mazda3 they were always super helpful for routine maintenance, tire changeovers seasonally and all the questions I had.
We were passing through Orillia on an East-to-West trip and discovered an air leak from our TPMS sensor. Orillia Mazda pulled some strings to have it taken care of within two hours of us reaching out, despite initially having a booked schedule for the day. The service was impeccable and they even did some software updates under warranty that we weren’t aware of prior. They saved our trip, 100% recommend.
