I was a client here since 1993. But a few months ago I got a call from the owner to tell me that they could no longer cut my hair, since the stylist that cut mine left and supposedly bookends of the other stylists would take me on. No discussion, no options. I had always been happy there and never considered another salon. But this was unprofessional. Personally, I think that because all I ever got was a cut, there just wasn't enough money to be made. This is how they treat a loyal customer after 30 years. Shame!
