I was in town and dropped into Origins CrossFit a few times this week. It's a great gym and the members were open, welcoming, and friendly. Definitely recommend you check it out if you're in town and looking for a good workout.

Origins is an amazing gym. The members are very welcoming and encouraging for all new comers and regulars alike. The programming is done by the owner Joe and is consistent unlike other gyms I have tried. If in the area I recommend a stop by to try it out I promise to let you beat me in the workout too 😜
