Renovated 1500 sq. feet VERY OLD condo with Stan. We had an excellent experience, because we needed to live there during renovation where we created open space between kitchen and living room, changed mostly A LOT like a wall replacement, doors, floor, radiators cover, removal pop-corn ceiling and many etc. He also did a small projects after main renovation. Stan did several big jobs for us, all excellent work with no issues and reasonable prices. Always nice when you have a contractor do work for you, they do it right the first time, so you ask them back for more. Stan removed an old sliding door, framed it for a new window, installed the window, finished the interior and bricked the exterior including appropriate weather proofing behind the brick. We then had Stan come back and remove the old caulking and re-caulk all our other windows. Highly recommended!!

I had a large wainscotting and wallpaper removal project completed by Stan along with some window treatment work. Stan is very experienced and his communication around the project details, options, and timelines were excellent. He was also very effective at managing others. The work was done perfectly and the clean-up was immaculate.
