I am in Chicago from Sacramento CA. I searched for a vegan restaurant and found Soul Veg City. I drove 25 minutes to try it.I was so glad I made the trip. The food was amazing, the employees were sooo friendly and the atmosphere was so upbeat and healthy. They were busy and you could tell they are on a mission to improve health for their customers by providing healthy great tasting food!I made a post for them on my page Ted’s Health Club where I promote a healthy tasty vegan lifestyle!
Such an amazing place to eat GOOD plant based options! I LOVE their bbq jerk seitan and the teriyaki seitan! The spaghetti is absolutely DELICIOUS! You can NEVEr Go wrong with the sales kale, black beans and corn, cucumber mix and couscous! They DO NOT ever disappoint! Don’t forget to grab a smoothie! My fave is the Pineapple Supreme!
