Never been to Pete's, but a Facebook post about your rude ass line cook is going viral . I suggest you start preparing the term documents because this won't go away anytime soon. As a manager myself, I know this will be stressful, but obviously your employee that mocked this handsome young man doesn't belong in any type of customer service job since his parents never taught him to be kind to others. Sincerely, a pissed off care provider.
