Awesome service and product knowledge from Cara. Thank you for an enjoyable experience.
Knowlegdable manager of store regarding mattresses and beds but very patronising and condescending way of talking to customers and her staff. Price was similar to other stores near OMF but chose not to buy from OMF because of the service from the manager. It is also helpful when a customer gets at least one encouraging smile.
