I have had my mattress for over a month now and I love it! Kathy was an amazing help at the store! This is a really quality mattress and I can’t wait to enjoy it for many more years! I am absolutely recommending this store and company to others! :)

We were just looking. We had been to a competitor who had only high priced mattresses and was pushy. We stopped at Original Mattress Factory on our way home. A soft spoken informative sales rep greeted us. Tim Clark. There was an array of prices, styles, comfort on the show floor. He proceeded to talk about the various mattresses, company history and the vested interest of employees in the company. He was like a friend in his demeanor and an owner. This is a factory direct mattress store, which means they only sell the brand they make. I actually prefer shopping for a mattress this way, since other mattress stores can be too overwhelming with all the choices and options. No gimmicky "__(name your holiday)__ Blowout Sale!" approach here. Prices reflect the quality and value you get - which seem pretty straightforward and fair.
