Original Insurance offers phenomenal customer service. Aiman was the agent who helped me and he was amazing, very helpful and informative. He was very patient and took care of all the paper work in less than 45 minutes. During my visit to the office I witnessed how they treat their customers who came in, most of them were treated like family members; they knew the staff by names.This is the kind of business I like to go to. I bought my first policy from Aiman, from Original Insurance back in 2001. That was for my auto insurance. Now almost ten years later I have all of my insurance with him (Auto, Home, Health & Life). He is always there when I need to talk to him, or when I had a question about my insurance or coverage. Always returns my phone calls, and if he needs to get back to me on a question He'll do it within minutes. I had great experience when I bought my insurance, but when I was invlove in a car accident and didn't know who to call, I called my agent and he walked me through the whole process. He was very helpfull and explained to me what needs to be done. There is no way I'll ever leave them.

What Can I say from A to Z, this company has it all. Great rates, excellent customer serive, friendly staff and honesty. They take their time to explain coverage and benefits of the different insurance, by the time I left their office I knew exactly what I bought and what it covers. I been to different insurance offices before and nobody comes close to their service or honesty.

This insurance office is great, I called them to get a quote on my auto insurance and the price was too good to be true. But when I walked into the office the price didn't change. They work with different insurance companies and that's how they saved me $$$.
