I am extremely disgusted and disappointed with the service I received. Not only was she VERY late but she tried to make an excuse about her having 'anxiety' being the reason she cut all my hair off. My hair was at my shoulders, I specifically requested DO NOT cut my hair until the next visit. You know what she did? Cut it all, and feigned ignorance when I told her I don't like it and that I never told her to take any scissors to my hair, she then said she should not have come to the salon, and instead of fixing it she was go... read more
