I had the pleasure of working with Cheryl on redoing my original engagement ring. She listened to what I was looking and was able to send mock images of how the ring would look. Once I decided on what I wanted, it was a pretty quick turnaround. I love my new ring! Would def recommend!
They overprice their sterling silver pieces quite a bit. The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars is because I'm content with the ring that I purchased in terms of quality and finish. The problem is, if the ring THEY fitted you for doesnt fit when it arrives via shipping, they will not offer complimentary sizing. They tried to charge me 40-60 bucks when THEY sized me and they were wrong to begin with. They also told me it would take 2 weeks to resize it up half a size which is insane. Original Hardware is my "go-to" for gifts for special friends or myself for unique, hand-crafted jewelry. I recently worked with Cheryl, explaining my "vision" for legacy rings to pass on to my daughters, with family member's birthstones. She listened, sketched out some ideas and bam! She nailed it! I only wish my hands were prettier to really show these rings off! They're unique 14k rings with real gemstones.
