We went to shop two times, first to look at glass for kitchen cabinets, second time to change our minds and pick something else. Kassandra worked with us both times. She helped us and took the time, with a smile. It was SO nice to get help in a friendly and patient manner, especially in this covid time, when everyone seems to be annoyed by asked questions from buyers. Customer service was really good.
