The worst experience I’ve ever had at a bud store. Some staff shine, while others make you feel bad for existing. I unfortunately decided to return a vape cartridge I had just bought, as it did not thread into my battery. I could still thread my old cart’, and the battery charger o.k. So I just assumed a randomly defective part. Somehow I lost the receipt that I just got. Thankfully they were able to pull it up for me, as I just bought it. My favorite for choice and variety. Employées are always extremely nice and knowledgeable. The brand is easily recognizable.
The staff at this store are fantastic! Every time I stop by, I'm welcomed with a friendly smile. They're not only approachable but also incredibly knowledgeable—always happy to help and clearly passionate about what they do. I recently had an issue with a product I purchased, and I want to give a big shout-out to Kyla for her outstanding customer service. She went above and beyond to exchange my broken device and cartridge, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Just wanted to share my appreciation—thank you so much! :)
Well. Never done a review of a cannabis store. Alright I guess the store I visit the most is hillside or order from. So if I go in the store isn’t a pop up shop. Legit displays. Proper storage for the gear. Sensible not pushy accessories display. Staff- I’m not going to name names. In store solid people. Just doing there thing so you can do yours.
