After fitting it and the male owner puts some pins to the blouse to mark the part that needed alteration, the owner said the cost for it will be $18. After knowing about the cost of the alteration, my friend decided not to pursue with the alteration, thinking she might as well buy a new blouse if the alteration costs that much.
