Tried to enjoy my food and love the concept, but I couldn't. Ordered the Thai coconut chicken with a base of cauliflower rice and sweet potato hash. Both were raw! I've never had riced cauliflower that is crunchy, but more disturbing was the sweet potato hash, which is finely diced, but the larger chunks, of which there were many, were completely crunchy and totally undercooked. Ordering could be a little easier. Service could communicate better, and food was good.
The food was ok but for how long I had to wait…chipotle (which is in the same parking lot) is better.
20 min wait for a bowl 1 person serving. They ask for their tip up front for crappy slow service. Won’t eat here again
