I had a very disappointing experience with Uber Eats where my order was never picked up, and over an hour went by without any delivery or updates. After contacting The Original ChopShop at Legacy West in Plano, Blake, the manager, personally stepped in to make things right. He remade my entire order without hesitation. When I arrived, he was extremely friendly, professional, and sincerely apologetic. He said, “We’re so sorry you had such a bad experience.
