This will be a short story. 2yrs ago my partner and I went to a new car dealer in Surrey. (not this particular store, it was a Hyundai dealer) and we had a fairly older salesperson help us. Near the tail-end of our visit, he got asked to come to the”front desk” where we saw and HEARD a management level worker begin to openly yell at him for doing things the “wrong way”.
