Just had my first service call with Original 7. Josh was terrific! He's personable, articulate, and most importantly, competent. He diagnosed the issue with the heater in 10 minutes, a defective control board, which fortunately is under warranty. He offered to submit the warranty claim and schedule the replacement. We also discussed an issue with the spa spillway. He suggested a far more efficient and cost-effective solution to that problem as well. I've finally found my total pool service company.
Original 7 has a great reputation that they've earned through a highly professional staff and dedication to keeping pools at their best. Over three years they were always on time and did a thorough job of keeping the water clean and the equipment working.
