It the worse company in Charleston sc an I don't recommend to anyone an they like to lie to people an say they going send your money an don't send it to your TrueLink card an refuse to answer there phones because there are lazy or just don't want me to have money an I had worker said I was going to get my money today 0910/26 an never got it an my phone bill is due today at 12:00am an my netflix as well that why I hate payees because they don't care about if they go without an I'm homeless an that all I have to survive daily
This has been an amazing program up until a staff change with the 2026 grant program. Unprofessional, disorganized and absolutely unacceptable in their standard of business. We have been a lender working with them directly for years and have never run into issues until this year. This unorganized staff and intake process caused a disabled veteran single woman to lose a $2,000 grant due to their own negligence in the process and they took zero accountability. DO NOT RECCOMEND.
I was helped by Ellen and her team, they answered all of my questions and did everything they could to reach out to me initially. Great service and would recommend working with them
