I have absolutely loved my entire experience at Origin. I've been working with Grace A. who has been nothing short of wonderful. Grace is kind, knowledgable, and there has been no challenge in my pregnancy that she hasn't been able to work through. Plus, Grace makes PT fun!! I also really love the location. Garage parking, great security up to your appointment and the facility itself is stunning. Tons of space to move around and try different exercises in. Quite a lovely experience overall. Such a fan!!!
This is NOT a review for this location or therapists— the therapist I had was lovely and helpful and took her time explaining my treatment. However they misled me about insurance copay and charged me before acknowledging/resolving issue. Not a fan of the app or how they run their support team. I wouldn’t say they bilk insurance but their billing service is truly off.
TLDR: Faulty online booking system. Call to confirm in addition to appointment scheduling. Once you complete a booking please call the phone number for this location. I booked through their online platform and the system did not confirm on the doctor's side and double booked patients. The physical therapist tried looking for additional times to fit me in but I needed to go to work. I also don't know what happened to all the paper work I filled in online.
Lauren has been so wonderful to work with. I’ve been seeing her at this Glendale location for a couple months and I’m so grateful for the improvement I’ve experienced! Lauren specifically has been really fun and easy to work with, and she really knows her stuff!
This location is really difficult to find and there is zero signage indicating where the office is. Even a note beforehand or in the online portal would have been helpful. In case this helps someone in the future it's in the Sola Salons building in the far back, on the side of the building parallel to the street.
