Receiving therapy at Origins was a very good experience. The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. I really liked the therapist that worked with me and appreciated that she spent time answering questions and was patient with me as I learned the exercises. The therapy

Just wrapped up my time at Origin and cannot recommend Laura Thrasher enough! I was so anxious going into my first appointment, but Laura always made me feel comfortable, explained what she was doing before she did it, and created a safe environment for me. She was such a huge support and I am so grateful for her guidance throughout my pelvic floor PT process. Wishing her the best as she transitions into a new role!

I was referred to Origin and absolutely loved my first appointment with Sarah. Everything after that was extremely disappointing. I was given a next-day appointment at 5 PM because it was their only opening for the next month. Between scheduling and the appointment, I unexpectedly became without a car. I called first thing the next morning and was told I either had to move the appointment later that day or pay a $150 fee because I didn't cancel within an hour of the scheduling call. This is my very first unhappy review, but I wanted to reiterate concerns that some other reviewers have also shared about their experiences. I have been coming here weekly with seven additional appointments scheduled, but a duplicate appointment was mistakenly booked. I canceled it in person at the front desk just short of the 24-hour requirement, yet was charged a fee higher than the appointment itself. Dr. Addison has made my pelvic floor therapy such an enjoyable and enlightening one. I was nervous to start because of how intimate and sensitive my issues are with endometriosis, adenomyosis and pelvic congestive syndrome. She’s made the experience enjoyable and I look forward to our weekly appointment.
