Dr. Addison has made my pelvic floor therapy such an enjoyable and enlightening one. I was nervous to start because of how intimate and sensitive my issues are with endometriosis, adenomyosis and pelvic congestive syndrome. She’s made the experience enjoyable and I look forward to our weekly appointment. The therapists are wonderful. 2 stars because my job required me to come in and they wanted to charge me $150 for one, and $150 for attempting to reschedule. Beware.
I had a very bad experience. The cancellation policy here is unreasonable and extremely disappointing. Instead of focusing on helping patients heal, they seem far more concerned with enforcing their rigid policies and collecting excessive no-show fees. Their approach felt pushy, inflexible, and completely lacking in understanding or compassion.
